…a fundraising concert for the Flint Child Health and Development Fund
Within the last few years, we’ve seen Flint and many other cities across
Michigan feel the atrocities caused by low quality, poisonous drinking
water. Here is your chance to help the children of Flint, ages 0-8.
Being admitted into this concert will allow you to use your talents to raise
money for the Flint Child Health and Development Fund. All proceeds
taken will go towards crisis response, early childhood education,
continuous access to pediatric medical homes, and many more needed
programs for the children of Flint.
The concert will be held on December 15th from 6 till 8pm. We are
looking for both seasonally appropriate and heartfelt pieces. Music can
either be vocal or instrumental. Local bands and instrumentalists are
welcome! We’d love a wide variety of performers! Please note, you must
have your own accompanist or karaoke tracks. If you can play or arrange
for someone to play for you at both auditions and the concert, that would
be ideal. We encourage everyone to audition with two pieces! This is a
great opportunity to showcase your talents and raise money for a great
cause. We hope to hear back from you!
If you can not make it to the posted audition times, please contact us via
email, firstname.lastname@example.org , with a recording of your pieces
and the attached paper.
Auditions: November 21st from 3 till 6pm
