PALS Bike on Behalf of Others

On Sunday, October 18th the Reeths-Puffer High School PALS set out on a breezy fall adventure as they engaged in “Biking on Behalf of Others”, a 15 mile trip along our lake shore’s bike trail.  It was exhilarating and allowed R-PHS PALS to raise funds for their camp experience this coming weekend at The Adventure Centre at Pretty Lake in Kalamazoo.  Most importantly, this was an opportunity for the group to give back to the community.  One half of all money raised for this event will be given back to our community.

PALS are Peer Assistant Leaders that work with younger Rockets to build confidence and moral character.  With their role modeling, our PALS also build on transferable skills such as cooperation, persistence and a positive outlook on everything that comes their way.  This year’s group is nothing short of exceptional!
