3rd Annual “Program Night” and “Teacher Appreciation Night” to be this Friday in Rocket City

Football Team and Student Section

The Reeths-Puffer Football Program’s 3rd annual “Program Night”, in which the entirety of the football family–mini mites to Varsity–are celebrated together, is this Friday in the Varsity’s home game vs. Mona Shores. All football players, coaches, and cheerleaders are encouraged to arrive to Rocket Stadium no later than 6:00pm wearing their green and white to take part in the event on the football field. Kids and coaches will cheer on the Varsity while they warm up, meet the players in uniform, and even partake in the experience. Simply bring your youngster to the track by 6:00pm for directions. Thank you in advance for everyone helping to make this event a wonderful symbol of our Rocket community and football family!

Friday also marks Teacher Appreciation Night for our 7th through 12th grader football players. During the week, each young man will have delivered a hand-written letter of appreciation to an educator, counselor, or administrator who has had an impact on their life. Additionally, the letter serves as an invitation to the staff tailgate prior to the game as well as the opportunity to be recognized in front of our amazing Rocket City crowd!

All in all, Friday’s game vs. cross-town rival, Mona Shores, should be a wonderful evening for Rocket City! We Are!
