Law Day Speech Contest

Our county prosecutor, Mr. D.J. Hilson is heading up an opportunity for Muskegon County high school students to earn scholarship money and other prizes by presenting a speech on the topic: Should a voter be required to show identification to cast a ballot?

The contest is limited to Muskegon County students in the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades.  There are two entries: (1) Grades 9-11 Speech Contest Entry and (2) Senior Speech Contest Entry.  The delivered speech cannot exceed four minutes in length.
